2012 March 16, less than 2% of Americans, according to a new study that will dramatically reduce the risk of heart disease and heart health goals with seven recommendations.
Like all 7 heart healthy habits, according to the study, eating a healthy diet, being physically active and normal pressure recommended by the Heart Association United States to those who have actually dropped in recent years.

A study published online in the journal of the United States Medical Association, researcher in public health nutrition research since 1988, 2010 everyone who participated in the survey, approximately 45,000 adult groups followed.
